I purchased a background check about a month ago. When I went to interview with a few companies, they were impressed I had already run a background check on myself. After I got the job they told me that by me running a Career Certify Background check it definitely increased my chances for them to make me an offer to work with them. Sometimes a company can offer a great service but not have any customer assistance for troubleshooting. I had a problem because by mistake I entered in the wrong information. I called Career Certify and they were very nice. They spend some time with me on the phone to make sure my problem was solved. Now this is the type of service I like, a great service with excellent technical assistance.
